Bienvenidos a Tula Cantina, Amsterdam Noord’s candlelit agave hideaway. An intimate mezcalería dedicated to the depth, nuance, and ritual of agave spirits.

Each pour and cocktail is chosen to reveal the full spectrum of agave, unfolding in notes that go from crisp and saline to wild, vegetal, and deeply layered.

When we think of a country, we often remember its landmarks, its celebrations or its most famous dishes.

But its soul is found elsewhere. In the everyday rituals that quietly shape life. Fruit prepared before sunrise. Agua Fresca shared after a morning’s work. Clay vessels quietly fermenting. Donkey carts returning with the latest harvest. Recipes remembered by heart, never written down.

Lo Cotidiano celebrates these rituals through a collection of cocktails inspired by the villages where mezcal begins. Not to recreate Mexico, but to honour the people, traditions and quiet moments that have shaped its spirit for generations.
